1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms of Service, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Service" refers to SSB Future Officers' website, platforms, training materials, and associated services.
• "Training Materials" includes all digital content, including PPDT/TAT Officer's Kits, WAT Manuals, SRT Command Workbooks, and GTO Leadership Series.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our services.
• "License" means the limited permission granted for using Training Materials as specified in our License Agreement.
• "Institutional License" refers to commercial usage rights granted to verified educational institutions.

2. Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing under parental supervision. Users under 18 must have parental consent. Institutional users must provide valid organizational credentials for verification.

3. Service Description

SSB Future Officers provides elite SSB (Services Selection Board) preparation services including:

• Digital training materials for psychological tests (PPDT/TAT, WAT, SRT)
• Simulated testing environments with timed assessments
• Educational resources for officer aptitude development
• Institutional training solutions for defense academies

Our services are designed for personal preparation and institutional training purposes only. We do not guarantee SSB selection or provide official military training.

4. Purchasing & Payment Terms

Payment Processing: All transactions are processed through certified third-party payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe). We do not store or process payment card information directly.

Delivery: Purchased Training Materials are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. Users are responsible for ensuring email accuracy and checking spam/junk folders.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided once materials are delivered. Exceptions may be considered for duplicate purchases or technical delivery failures verified by our support team.

License Activation: Purchase grants immediate license activation according to the terms specified in our License Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

SSB Future Officers retains all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and proprietary information associated with our services and Training Materials. Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use as defined in our License Agreement, not a transfer of ownership.

Prohibited Activities: Users may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share Training Materials without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works
• Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings
• Use materials for commercial training without an Institutional License
• Upload materials to public websites, servers, or file-sharing platforms

6. User Conduct & Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use services only for lawful SSB preparation purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of purchased materials
• Provide accurate information during registration and purchases
• Respect intellectual property rights and licensing terms
• Not engage in unauthorized distribution or commercial exploitation

Violation of user responsibilities may result in immediate service termination and legal action.

7. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Selection: SSB Future Officers provides preparation materials and training services. We do not guarantee SSB selection, recommendation, or commission. Success depends on individual performance, aptitude, and selection board discretion.

As-Is Basis: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Third-Party Links: Our services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for content, privacy practices, or accuracy of external sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSB Future Officers shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access or use
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures
• User's failure to secure SSB selection

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service causing the claim.

9. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without notice for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or License Agreement
• Unauthorized distribution or commercial use of materials
• Suspected fraudulent activity or payment issues
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, all license rights cease and users must destroy all copies of Training Materials.

10. Amendments & Updates

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform announcements. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Users agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days before initiating formal proceedings.

12. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
