This License Agreement governs the use of all digital training materials, including but not limited to PPDT/TAT Officer's Kits, WAT Manuals, SRT Command Workbooks, and GTO Leadership Series ("Training Materials"), purchased from SSB Future Officers.

License Grant & Scope

Upon successful purchase, SSB Future Officers grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Training Materials for personal, non-commercial preparation purposes only. This license is granted to the individual purchaser and is not to be shared, distributed, or utilized by unauthorized personnel.

Permitted Uses

License holders are permitted to:

• Download and securely store the Training Materials on personal devices (computer, tablet, mobile) for individual study.
• Print limited copies (maximum 3) for personal offline practice and preparation purposes.
• Utilize materials for personal SSB preparation under simulated timed conditions.

Prohibited Activities

License holders are expressly prohibited from:

• Reselling, sub-licensing, sharing, distributing, or otherwise circulating Training Materials through any channel.
• Uploading materials to websites, servers, cloud storage, or file-sharing services accessible to others.
• Using materials for commercial training purposes without obtaining an Institutional License.
• Modifying, altering, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from original materials.
• Removing copyright notices, trademarks, watermarks, or proprietary identification marks.
• Incorporating materials into other publications, courses, or commercial offerings.

Institutional Licensing Program

For coaching institutes, defense academies, military schools, and educational institutions, we offer comprehensive Institutional Licenses. To obtain an Institutional License:

1. Purchase the required digital product(s)
2. Complete the Institutional License Application Form received via email
3. Provide institutional credentials and intended usage details
4. Await verification and license issuance from our Legal Department

Institutional licenses include usage tracking, regular updates, and compliance monitoring. Unauthorized commercial use constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate license revocation and potential legal action.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Training Materials, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of SSB Future Officers. Your purchase grants a limited usage license only and does not constitute a transfer of ownership.

Compliance & Enforcement

SSB Future Officers actively monitors for unauthorized distribution and commercial use of our materials. Violations of this agreement will result in immediate license termination, legal action for damages, and potential reporting to appropriate authorities. We maintain digital rights management systems to track material usage.

License Transfer & Termination

This license is non-transferable. It remains valid indefinitely for personal use but terminates immediately upon violation of any terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Training Materials in your possession.
