Established in 2012, SSB Future Officers emerged from the visionary leadership of our CEO, Col. Anuj Yadav (Retd). As a former Psychologist Officer who has assessed the personality profiles of thousands of candidates, he established this platform to provide aspirants with expert guidance grounded in real-world psychological selection criteria. What began as his specialized mentorship sessions has evolved into India's premier SSB preparation platform, trusted by successful officers across all three services.

Chief Mentor: Col. Anuj Yadav (Retd)
Leading our team is Col. Anuj Yadav (Retd), a veteran with over 32 years of distinguished service in the Indian Army. As a former Senior Psychologist at SSB Bangalore, he brings invaluable insider knowledge of the psychological assessment process. His direct experience in analyzing psychometric tests ensures that our training methodologies are not just theoretical, but strictly aligned with the current psychological frameworks utilized by the Services Selection Board.
